We try hard to get things right, but rules and fees in Saudi Arabia change often and we sometimes make mistakes.
How to report an error
Email contact@saudilifeguide.com with the subject “Correction”. Include the page address, what is wrong and, if possible, a link to the official source or a screenshot.
What we do
- We check every report, usually within 3 working days.
- If the content is wrong or out of date, we fix it and update the “Last updated” date.
- Significant errors, such as a wrong fee, deadline, requirement or legal point, are fixed as a priority.
- Spelling and formatting fixes are made without a note.
- If we cannot confirm the report from an official source, we reply to tell you why.
