Who Can Apply, Including Expats
You can apply online without opening a SAB account or transferring your salary. For applicants without a SAB account, SAB asks that you:
- are registered with GOSI
- have worked at least 3 months in your current job
- have a mobile number registered to your own national ID or iqama
- can verify with Nafath
- have no existing relationship with SAB
SAB does not publish a minimum salary for this card. The Saudi Central Bank’s general rule for new credit cards is a minimum gross income of SAR 24,000 a year for existing bank customers and SAR 30,000 for others.
Is the SAB noon Card Worth It?
- It suits people who spend regularly on noon, Namshi or noon Food and pay their balance in full each month.
- At the full 10% rate, monthly noon spending of about SAR 200 earns back the annual fee within a year.
- Because rewards are noon credits, they are only useful if you shop on noon platforms.
- Carrying a balance at a 62.76% APR quickly outweighs any cashback.
