The iPhone 17 price in Saudi Arabia is SAR 4,299 for 256GB and SAR 5,299 for 512GB at Apple, Jarir and eXtra. New units from Noon sellers start at about SAR 3,600. All prices below include 15% VAT and were checked on 24 October 2026.
What changed: after launching the iPhone 18 Pro in September, Apple Saudi Arabia raised the iPhone 17, Air, 17e and 16 by SAR 500 each and stopped selling the iPhone 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max. Retailers still have 17 Pro stock, often below Apple’s old price.

Why Did iPhone 17 Prices Go Up?
Apple usually cuts the price of older iPhones when new ones launch. In Saudi Arabia in September 2026 it did the opposite. Comparing Apple’s own Saudi store before the 9 September event and after it:

Apple has not explained the increase. Jarir and eXtra followed Apple on the iPhone 17 but kept the iPhone Air well below Apple’s new price, which makes the Air the best value at the big stores right now.
Where to Buy: Apple, Jarir, eXtra, Amazon.sa or Noon?
- Apple (apple.com/sa-en): official price, unlocked phone, delivery and Apple Trade In. No 17 Pro or Pro Max any more.
- Jarir and eXtra: the Saudi version of the phone, with the same price as Apple on the iPhone 17 and discounts on the Air and 17 Pro models.
- Amazon.sa: often the cheapest when the phone is sold and shipped by Amazon.sa itself.
- Noon: low prices from third-party sellers. Check the seller rating and whether the listing says Middle East or International version.
- stc: sells the iPhone 17 from SAR 4,259, with prices including VAT.
eSIM Only: Check Before You Buy
Apple says iPhone 17 models sold in Saudi Arabia have no SIM tray and work only with eSIM. STC, Mobily and Zain all support eSIM, so this is the normal Saudi model. Some international units on Noon still have a physical SIM slot, which helps if you also use a SIM card from home.
VAT, Warranty and Trade-In
- VAT: Apple, Jarir, eXtra and stc prices already include 15% VAT.
- Warranty: under Saudi consumer law you have two years from purchase for free repair of defects, alongside Apple’s own limited warranty. Keep your invoice. Service for phones bought abroad is not guaranteed.
- Apple Trade In: up to SAR 3,600 for an iPhone 17 Pro Max, SAR 2,900 for a 17 Pro, SAR 2,100 for an Air and SAR 2,000 for an iPhone 17, as credit or an Apple Gift Card.
- Instalments: Apple offers Tamara with up to 24 payments; fees apply to plans of 4 months or longer.
iPhone 17 or iPhone 18 Pro?
There is no standard iPhone 18 this year. The new range is the iPhone 18 Pro from SAR 5,699, the 18 Pro Max from SAR 6,099 and the foldable iPhone Duo from SAR 9,499, with the Duo on sale since 23 October.
