What You Can Do at an Absher Kiosk
- Activate your Absher account (your “Digital ID”) after registering online. See our full guide to Absher registration.
- Change the mobile number linked to your Absher account, for example if you lost your old SIM.
- Reset your Absher password when you no longer have the registered number.
Choose Digital ID Management on the kiosk screen, then the service you need. Bring your Iqama: the kiosk identifies you with your fingerprint.

A few Mobily shops open at 8:30, 9:30 or 10 am, as noted in the city lists. If you work office hours, a Mobily shop kiosk in the evening or on a Friday afternoon is usually the easiest option.

- Women’s sections: Jawazat and Civil Affairs offices in some cities, such as Riyadh, Makkah, Hail and Dammam, have separate kiosks in their ladies’ sections.
- Fingerprint not read? Go to the activation staff at Jawazat or Civil Affairs, or activate through your bank.
- Kiosk lists change. If a kiosk is out of service, the official locator shows the alternatives nearby.

What are Absher kiosk timings?
Kiosks in government offices, malls and hospitals usually work Sunday to Thursday from 8 am to 2:30 pm. Kiosks in Mobily shops usually work Saturday to Thursday from 9 am to 11 pm and on Friday from 4 pm to 11 pm. Eight kiosks, mostly at airports, are open 24 hours.
Is there a 24-hour Absher kiosk?
Yes.
